Providing the infrastructure for the entire company, this division is charged with financial operations, management of subcontractor & vendor relationships, coordination of contracts, and draws, insurance and payroll. The entire administration team provides the tools and support for the front-line and in-field divisions.

This division amasses over 90 years of combined local construction experience and is committed to providing unparalleled expertise and attention to detail. Each member is a state licensed class A general contractor. On the jobsite, coordinating sub-contractors, dealing with inspectors and ensuring the project is completed within all pre-established parameters is the number one objective of this division.

This part of the team is tasked with packaging and presenting the variety of product and services offered by Longo Construction & Development to the REALTORS and prospective home buyers. Along with President Dino J. Longo, members of this team will interface with clients throughout every phase of the project. Neighborhood Services – what a unique concept for a homebuilder. This division functions out of the Longo Construction & Development “New Neighbor Center” in Longshore Lake Naples Florida, but provides highly specialized services to all Longo homeowners. Whether you need the name of reliable lawn care service, help coordinating movers, or someone to let the cable guy in, a member of the Neighborhood Services team will be glad to help. Services are offered exclusively to current Longo Construction & Development homeowners and future homeowners with projects under contract/construction.

It is important that your new home reflect your personal taste and style. Michele Longo of Longo Interiors, our in-house designer, will assist each Longo Construction & Development home buyer with the often overwhelming color selection process. These basic services are included at no charge with each new home. Additional design services are available upon request.
